You are responsible for the security of the password you use to access our services and for all activities or actions carried out under your account.
Our services and their entire contents, features and functionality are the property of Ahri.Cloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
In no event shall Ahri.Cloud, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. We will notify users of any material changes to these Terms.
